Green Party of Canada Leader Elizabeth May was our featured guest at the WestEnd Commons last night. Elizabeth spoke about the urgency of the climate crisis that threatens human civilization unless green house gas emissions are reduced drastically. Without sugar-coating the seriousness of the situation, she inspired a sense of hope and confidence that humanity can overcome this challenge to our survival. Joining her at the podium, was Green Party of Manitoba candidate David Nickarz, who is working very hard to become the MLA for Wolseley constituency.
