Talking about activism

We screened a video documentary at the election HQ  entitled At the Edge of the World on Friday night. It’s about the anti-whaling campaigns of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and features an Antarctic voyage in which Dave took part. After the video people talked about the kinds of activism we need in this world and the importance of having an activist Member of the Legislative Assembly. We also held a draw for an authentic Sea Shepherd Conservation Society toque.
